- This was a new AI feature we rolled out last year. Because it helped to show customers an overview of their review sentiments and gave actionable feedback, it was used and loved by many of our customers.
- RaveCapture Onboarding
- Our original onboarding was pretty spartan, with virtually no design in place which made it difficult to navigate. The new design focused more on creating a more intuitive experience (while still collecting all necessary info), and segmenting users so we could quickly get them to take action within the app after they signed up.
